What About Extras Like Toll Highway 407 or Unplanned Stops?
Some charges (like 407 tolls or last-minute extra stops) may not be included in your original quote. If these are requested during the trip, they must be paid directly to the driver — cash, e-transfer, or card (if applicable).
We recommend discussing any such requests in advance so we can give you a clear final quote.
Terms & Conditions
By submitting payment, you agree to the following:
- You will be considered a no-show after 30 minutes at location if we haven’t heard from you by phone, text, or email.
- Full fare will be charged for no-shows.
- 50% of the fare will be charged if canceled exactly 24 hours in advance.
- 100% of the fare will be charged if canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup.
- Extra stops, tolls (e.g. 407 ETR), and other on-route changes not pre-arranged may be charged during or after the trip. If these are requested during the trip, they must be paid directly to the driver — cash, e-transfer, or card (if applicable).
- The $15 Pre-Arranged Airport Pickup Fee is charged by GTAA, not Pearson Airport Limos.
- Although we can’t control delays caused by weather, traffic, or construction, we’ll always do our best to adjust and assist wherever possible.
- No-shows or abuse may result in future booking restrictions.
